Job Description
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the tele calling team to achieve business targets.
- Sales & Lead Generation Develop and implement tele calling strategies to generate quality leads.
- Monitor lead conversion and customer follow-up activities.
- Support the sales team by ensuring timely lead allocation and tracking.
- Analyze customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Operations & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Accounts departments for customer requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management Handle escalated customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and recommend process improvements.
