Job Title: Bike Rider / Delivery Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and punctual Bike Rider/Delivery Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for picking up and delivering items to customers in a safe and timely manner while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:- Pick up and deliver parcels, food items, or documents as assigned.- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries within the designated area.- Maintain delivery records and update order status in apps or logs.- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines at all times.- Handle products carefully to avoid damage during transit.- Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Requirements:- Valid two-wheeler driving license.- Own bike with proper documentation (RC, Insurance, PUC).- Good knowledge of local routes and navigation apps (Google Maps).- Must be punctual, honest, and disciplined.- Ability to lift moderate-weight packages.- Smartphone required for order management.
