About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and field-driven Medical Representative to promote our range of Ayurvedic medicines to Ayurveda practitioners, physicians, hospitals, and pharmacies across the Faridabad district. The ideal candidate will combine product knowledge with strong relationship-building skills to expand our market presence and drive prescription-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

●     Promote and detail the company's Ayurvedic product range to Ayurveda doctors (BAMS/Ayurvedacharyas), physicians, clinics, and hospitals within the assigned Faridabad territory.

●     Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Ayurveda practitioners to generate prescriptions and drive product recall.

●     Plan and execute daily doctor-call schedules and territory coverage to maximize reach and frequency.

●     Gather market intelligence — competitor activity, doctor prescription patterns, and district-level demand trends — and report to the reporting manager.

●     Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

●     Maintain accurate daily call reports, expense reports, and territory records as per company format.

●     Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable pharma/Ayurveda marketing codes of conduct.

Candidate Requirements

Education

●     Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy/BAMS background preferred but not mandatory)

●     Basic understanding of Ayurveda principles, terminology, and product categories will be an added advantage

Experience

●     Freshers with strong communication skills may apply

●     1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/Ayurvedic medical representative role preferred

Key Skills

●     Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with Ayurveda doctors and healthcare professionals

●     Basic knowledge of Ayurveda medicines, therapies, and terminology

●     Strong geographical knowledge of the Faridabad district (local areas, clinics, hospital clusters, pharmacy networks)

●     Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets

●     Good negotiation and relationship-management skills

●     Basic computer/reporting skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, or CRM tools)

Other Requirements

●     Candidate must own a two-wheeler/vehicle for daily territory travel (valid driving license required)

●     Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district

●     Local candidates from Faridabad or NCR region preferred
