Job Details

• Position: Full-Time / Part-Time Cook or Chef
• Location: Mister Kiyoshi Restaurant
• Shift Timings: 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Night Shift)
• Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)

Core Responsibilities

• Menu Execution: Prepare and cook Chinese wok dishes, authentic ramens, sushi rolls, momos, and burgers according to restaurant recipes.
• Station Management: Set up and stock food stations with all necessary ingredients and equipment before the dinner rush.
• Food Safety: Maintain strict health and safety standards, including proper food storage, temperature control, and sanitation.
• Night Operations: Manage late-night order volumes efficiently while maintaining consistent food quality and presentation.
• Inventory Control: Track ingredient levels and minimize food waste during the late-night shift.
• Kitchen Cleanup: Ensure the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and prepped for the next day at closing time (2:30 AM). [1, 2, 3, 4]

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience as a Cook or Chef, with specialized training in Chinese cuisine.
• Technical Skills: Multi-cuisine adaptability (ability to handle wok cooking, basic sushi rolling, ramen assembly, and grilling burgers).
• Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and stay calm under pressure during peak night hours.
• Schedule Flexibility: Must be fully available to work the exact hours of 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
