Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective buyers based on provided databases or leads.
- Pitch & Promote: Introduce real estate projects, highlighting key selling points such as amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Qualify Leads: Assess customer requirements, budget, and purchasing intent to filter out unqualified prospects.
- Schedule Site Visits: Coordinate and book appointments for interested clients to visit properties or meet with field sales executives.
- Follow-up: Nurture leads by making follow-up calls to those who previously showed interest but haven't yet made a purchase.
- Data Management: Log all call outcomes, customer feedback, and lead status accurately into the company's CRM system.
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to inbound queries regarding active real estate listings and resolve basic customer concerns.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily or monthly quotas for call volume, leads generated, and appointments booked. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
