Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute monthly content calendars for all social media platforms.
• Develop creative content strategies aligned with brand goals and product launches.
• Handle and grow platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, beauty industry trends, and platform algorithms.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers, and marketing teams for smooth execution.

• Create and oversee content for:
• Reels
• Ads
• Product campaigns
• Educational and promotional content
• Influencer collaborations
• Website and marketplace creatives
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Analyze content and campaign performance using insights, analytics, and reporting tools.

• Build strategies focused on:
• Brand awareness
• Engagement growth
• Lead generation
• Sales conversion
• Community building
• Assist in overall brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling.
• Brainstorm innovative campaigns and growth techniques for scaling the brand online.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in content management, social media marketing, or digital branding.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong understanding of Instagram growth strategies and content trends.

• Hands-on experience with:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• Content scheduling tools
• Canva / Photoshop or basic designing tools

• Ability to create high-performing content strategies.
• Experience in managing content calendars and campaign planning.
• Understanding of branding, audience psychology, and digital marketing funnels.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with flexibility and ownership mindset.
• Creative thinker with strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or fashion industry.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC campaigns.
• Basic video scripting and reel direction skills.
• Understanding of e-commerce and marketplace branding.
• Performance marketing and conversion-focused content knowledge.
