Job Description

Job Details- Seller Support Executive

 Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Salary:

  • Experienced: ₹25,000 CTC (₹20,000 In-hand)

Shift:

  • Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 6 Days Working
  • Fixed Week Off: Sunday
  • No Night Shifts

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle seller and customer queries related to the CRED OPS process.
  • Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Support catalog management activities.
  • Work on MS Excel for data handling and reporting.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi are mandatory.
  • Experience in Catalog Management and MS Excel is preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
