Job Description

  • 2 for Sahakara Nagar Office | 2 for Jigini Site Office

Job Summary

· The Assistant General Manager anchors the structural workflow between executive planning and ground-level sales execution. You will govern site infrastructure readiness, direct client on-boarding pipelines, Sales executive and sales Manager and need to take of care of sales and marketing team. Approved Project within city limits which is ready for registration and construction. 

 

Key Responsibilities

· Zonal Management: Supervise daily site administration, customer touch points, and staffing metrics at the designated branch.

· Pipeline Delivery: Step into close high-value deals, resolve client grievances, and boost team conversion speeds.

· Process Verification: Audit booking applications, Agreements to Sell (ATS), and payment milestone tracking.

· Internal Liaison: Coordinate schedules between construction teams, corporate marketing, and legal drafting cells.

Required Competencies

· Deep expertise in managing large layouts, premium villas, or commercial properties.

· Strong crisis management capabilities and operational bottleneck resolution.

· High proficiency in real estate ERP and CRM tracking frameworks.

· Approved Project within city limits which is ready for registration and construction.
