Job Description
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors.
- Answer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Student and Parent Assistance:
- Provide information about the courses, fees, schedules, and faculty.
- Assist students with registration and admission formalities.
- Handle complaints or concerns and escalate them when necessary.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage attendance records of students and staff.
- Maintain accurate student databases and update records regularly.
- Handle cash collection, issue receipts, and manage daily accounts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Coordinate class schedules with faculty and inform students about changes.
- Assist in planning and organizing events (tests, seminars, and workshops).
Communication and Follow-Up:
- Follow up with inquiries and ensure timely communication with prospects.
- Send reminders to students regarding fee payments and important events.
Technology Use:
- Operate office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, and printers.
- Manage social media accounts or digital marketing campaigns (if applicable).
Security and Safety:
- Monitor entry and exit of students and visitors.
- Ensure a safe environment and report any suspicious activities.
Support for Faculty and Staff:
- Help teachers with class-related logistics and administrative work.
- Ensure that classrooms are well-maintained and equipped with necessary materials.
