Job Description
A Warehouse Computer Operator manages inventory data, tracks incoming/outgoing shipments, and generates packing lists. They ensure smooth logistics operations by entering precise data into Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), resolving system errors, and reconciling physical stock against digital records to maintain flawless supply chain data. Data Entry & Management: Accurately input shipping manifests, receiving logs, and delivery details into databases or EXCEL software Inventory Tracking: Regularly update stock levels, conduct digital cycle counts, and generate reports for warehouse managers to prevent stockouts or overstock.Order Processing: Print picking tickets, packing slips, and shipping labels, coordinating directly with floor staff and logistics to ensure on-time dispatch.
