Account Executive
Company: BM ENTERPRISES
Location: Sector 9A, Gurugram, Haryana
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)
BM ENTERPRISES is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Optical Fiber Testing & Splicing Equipment, serving Telecom, Defence, Government, and Enterprise customers across India.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & FinanceRecord day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Maintain Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal, and Contra entries.
- Generate and maintain invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and vouchers.
- Prepare customer and vendor ledgers.
- Perform monthly closing of books.
- GST & TaxationPrepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with Purchase Register.
- Verify Input Tax Credit (ITC).
- Maintain GST compliance and documentation.
- Coordinate with CA for GST and Income Tax matters.
- Banking & ReconciliationDaily Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
- Process NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and UPI payments.
- Track customer receipts and supplier payments.
- Maintain cheque records and bank transactions.
- Sales & Purchase ManagementMaintain complete Sales Register.
- Maintain Purchase Register.
- Verify purchase invoices and GST details.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding invoices and payments.
- Inventory & StockMaintain day-to-day stock records.
- Update inward and outward inventory.
- Verify physical stock with system records.
- Generate stock reports and inventory reconciliation.
- Accounts Receivable & PayableFollow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Prepare ageing reports.
- Manage supplier payment schedules.
- Maintain customer and vendor balances.
- MIS & ReportingPrepare Daily Sales Report.
- Monthly GST Summary.
- Outstanding Payment Report.
- Bank Reconciliation Report.
- Inventory Report.
- Profit & Loss support reports.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of GST Filing & Compliance
- Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF Formula, Filters)
- Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
- Sales & Purchase Accounting
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Basic knowledge of TDS
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Educational QualificationB.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) Preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Preferred ExperienceCandidates having experience in:
- Manufacturing Company
- Telecom Industry
- Import & Export Accounting
- GST Compliance
- Inventory Management
