Telesales Executive

Job Location: Dera Bassi, Punjab (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager - with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team in the Dera Bassi region. You will be responsible for driving revenue by making outbound calls, understanding client needs, and closing sales over the phone

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential leads using cold calling and follow-ups.
• Product Knowledge: Clearly explain our product/service features and benefits to prospects.
• Deal Closing: Go the extra mile to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information, call notes, and lead statuses.
• Customer Retention: Address customer inquiries, resolve doubts, and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven track record in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales Telesales Executive
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in Hindi, English, and local languages.
• Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
