FEMALE TELECALLER (CLINIC)

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and patient-focused Female Telecaller to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping patients.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Answer incoming calls from patients in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.

·      Listen patiently to patients' concerns and understand their requirements.

·      Explain our doctors, treatments, procedures, consultation process, and treatment costs clearly and confidently.

·      Convince and guide patients to visit the clinic for consultation by providing accurate information and building trust.

·      Call back patients who have contacted us through social media, WhatsApp, or online enquiries.

·      Schedule appointments and maintain proper follow-up with prospective patients.

·      Maintain a positive first impression during every conversation, as the telecaller represents the clinic.

·      Communicate with empathy and make every patient feel comfortable and respected.

·      Never be rude, impatient, or argumentative with patients.

·      Handle patient enquiries with confidentiality and professionalism.

·      Record patient details and update enquiry information accurately.

·      Follow up with patients who have missed appointments or require additional assistance.

·      Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team whenever necessary.

·      Achieve enquiry-to-appointment conversion by providing excellent communication and patient counselling.

Candidate Requirements·   

   Female candidates only.

·      Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.

·      Basic spoken Hindi and English are required.

·      Excellent communication and convincing skills.

·      Friendly, positive, and patient attitude.

·      Good listening skills and the ability to understand patient concerns.

·      Polite, respectful, and customer-service oriented.

·      Passionate about work and willing to learn.

·      Basic computer and smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp, calling, appointment scheduling, etc.) is preferred.

·      Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, healthcare, or sales is an added advantage, but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
