Job Description

We are looking to hire a Secretary / Executive Secretary for KONSTRUCT AND LIVE.

The person will be responsible for supporting the Founder/Management in daily coordination, calendar management, meeting scheduling, follow-ups, documentation, client/vendor/team communication, HR coordination, and project-related administrative support.

Key responsibilities will include managing appointments, preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes of meetings, tracking action points, following up with team members, vendors, clients and candidates, maintaining company files and project documents, organizing Google Drive/Excel records, coordinating interviews, collecting daily reports from site/team, and sharing daily pending-work updates with management.

The candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and English, basic computer knowledge, Excel/Google Sheets knowledge, email drafting skills, strong follow-up ability, confidentiality, discipline, and an organized working style.

This role requires someone who is loyal, responsible, polite but firm, process-oriented, and comfortable working directly with the Founder. The person should not make any client, vendor, financial, or technical commitments without approval from management.

Preferred candidate: Female candidate with experience as Secretary, Executive Assistant, Admin Coordinator, Office Coordinator, or Management Assistant.

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, and follow-up ability.
