Testing Engineer

We are looking for a Testing Engineer to perform functional, performance, durability, and validation testing of automotive fuel system components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automotive testing, test equipment operation, data analysis, and root cause investigation while ensuring compliance with customer and industry quality standards.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform functional, endurance, leakage, vibration, pressure, and performance testing of fuel system components.
• Conduct validation and reliability testing as per customer specifications and internal standards.
• Prepare test plans, test procedures, and test reports.
• Operate and maintain testing equipment, fixtures, sensors, and data acquisition systems.
• Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports with observations and recommendations.
• Identify product failures and perform root cause analysis using quality tools.
• Coordinate with Design, Quality, Production, and R&D teams to resolve product-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and testing procedures.
• Support new product development (NPD) by validating prototypes and pilot production parts.
• Calibrate and verify testing instruments periodically.
• Maintain proper documentation of test records and laboratory activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.
• Follow 5S, TPM, and all safety guidelines within the testing laboratory.
