Job SummaryThe Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance and smooth functioning of all Namaste Chai outlets. The role focuses on driving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, food safety compliance, and team productivity while ensuring consistent brand standards across all locations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-Outlet Operations ManagementOversee the day-to-day operations of all Namaste Chai outlets.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand standards, and operational policies.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
• Monitor outlet performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Sales & Business GrowthDrive outlet-wise sales and revenue growth.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase customer footfall and repeat business.
• Support local marketing initiatives, promotions, and business development activities.
• Team Leadership & People ManagementLead, mentor, and develop Outlet Managers, Shift Supervisors, and outlet teams.
• Ensure proper staffing and manpower planning across outlets.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer service excellence.
• Customer ExperienceEnsure exceptional customer service standards across all outlets.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Drive customer retention and loyalty programs.
• Inventory & Cost ControlMonitor inventory levels and stock movement across outlets.
• Control food cost, beverage cost, wastage, and operational expenses.
• Ensure accurate stock records and periodic inventory audits.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for uninterrupted supply of materials.
• Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure compliance with FSSAI regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards across all outlets.
• Conduct regular audits for quality, safety, and operational compliance.
• Reporting & Performance MonitoringPrepare and present outlet-wise MIS reports and operational reviews.
• Track KPIs and recommend improvement plans.
• Analyze sales, costs, and operational trends to support business decisions.
• EligibilityGraduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in restaurant, café, QSR, tea chain, or food service operations.
• Experience in managing multiple outlets is preferred.
