JR Cash N Carry is a fast-growing FMCG wholesale and e-commerce company engaged in B2B & B2C distribution, Amazon, Flipkart, WooCommerce, exports, brand partnerships, and supply chain operations. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Secretary to directly assist the Managing Director in managing day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
• Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel.
• Prioritize daily tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare meeting agendas and Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
• Follow up with department heads on pending actions.
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive business information.
Business Coordination
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Warehouse, Finance, HR, Marketing, and IT teams.
• Track ongoing projects and prepare daily progress reports.
• Communicate with brands, suppliers, distributors, logistics partners, and key clients.
• Organize management meetings and business reviews.
E-commerce Support
• Coordinate Amazon, Flipkart, WooCommerce, and website-related tasks.
• Track marketplace performance and seller account updates.
• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, returns, and profitability.
• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and website developers.
Documentation
• Draft professional emails, business proposals, agreements, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Handle contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and official correspondence.
Travel & Events
• Arrange flights, hotels, transport, visas, and itineraries.
• Coordinate exhibitions, trade fairs, and brand meetings.
• Organize internal events and management conferences.
Administrative Responsibilities
• Screen phone calls and visitors.
• Maintain expense records and reimbursements.
• Ensure timely renewal of licenses, subscriptions, and memberships.
