Job Description

Job role- Business Development Executive

Role and Responsibilities

- Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking and lead generation (UK)

- Conduct outbound sales cold calls to potential clients in the UK

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients

- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met accurately and efficiently.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

- Collaborate with internal teams for increased productivity

- Track sales activities and performance metrics

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention



Key Skill

- Strong interpersonal skills (strong command on English language in a must)

- Lead generation and prospecting

- Client relationship management

- Time management and organization

- Problem solving skills

 

Qualification (what you need)

- Prior experience in B2B or outbound sales – international voice

- Minimum HSC with 1+ years of work exp (BPO, Fintech and Banking preferred)
