• Business Development: Drive sales and persistency through effective team engagement and customer relationship building.
• Performance Monitoring: Set goals, review progress, and ensure compliance with HDFC Life standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Branch Managers, Area Business Managers, and Regional Heads to align strategies.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth onboarding, adherence to company policies, and timely reporting.
