Job Description
Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, workstations, printers, and related hardware.
Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware components including motherboards, RAM, SSDs, HDDs, processors, and power supplies.
Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
Assemble and deploy new computer systems according to client or organizational requirements.
Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and essential software.
Support networking devices such as routers, switches, access points, and structured cabling.
Maintain inventory records of hardware assets, spare parts, and tools.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to users and clients.
Document repair activities, service reports, and technical procedures.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and safety standards.
Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and hardware procurement
