Job Description
Supervise daily vehicle washing and cleaning activities.
Allocate work to washing staff and monitor productivity.
Ensure all vehicles are cleaned as per dealership quality standards before delivery.
Inspect washed vehicles and rectify any quality issues before handover.
Maintain proper usage and stock of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
Ensure timely washing of customer, PDI, and display vehicles.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washing bay.
Enforce safety procedures and proper use of PPE by the team.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop staff for vehicle movement and delivery priorities.
Prepare daily reports on vehicle washing, manpower utilization, and material consumption.
