- Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interview rounds
- Follow-up with candidates till joining
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring database
- Achieve monthly hiring targets
- Requirements1 to 3 years of recruitment experience
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.
- Basic Excel knowledge
