Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Procure construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Coordinate with site engineers to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor details.
- Monitor inventory and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction procurement.
- Knowledge of construction materials and vendors.
- Good negotiation, communication, and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and site teams.
