Job Description
Summary
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and team-oriented individuals to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, excellent customer service, and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
Process orders quickly and ensure a positive experience.
Address customer queries, complaints, or concerns professionally and efficiently.
Prepare food items following the restaurant’s recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards.
Maintain food safety standards and hygiene while working in the kitchen.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Ensure timely service and delivery of orders.
