Part-Time Company Compliance Executive (CA / CS / Tax Professional)Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Hybrid / Work from Office as required)

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Company Compliance Executive to manage all statutory and regulatory compliance for our company.

• ResponsibilitiesFile Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the company.
• Coordinate and manage Statutory Audit and Tax Audit.
• Handle GST Registration, GST Return Filing, and GST Compliance.
• Manage TDS filing and related compliances.
• Handle ROC/MCA annual filings and company secretarial compliance.
• File and manage Trademark applications, renewals, objections, and responses.
• Coordinate with government departments, consultants, and authorities whenever required.
• Maintain compliance calendars and ensure all filings are completed before deadlines.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• RequirementsCA, CS, CMA, or Commerce Graduate with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in company compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, ROC/MCA, Trademark, and statutory compliance.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Candidates based in Kolkata will be preferred.
