Job Description
Good Morning Technology India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated CCTV & Security System Technician to join our growing team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV cameras, biometric attendance systems, access control systems, networking devices, and related security products.
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation and maintenance of AHD CCTV Cameras, IP Cameras, WiFi Cameras, and NVR/DVR systems.
- Installation and troubleshooting of Biometric Attendance Systems and Access Control Systems.
- Installation and configuration of Mobile Signal Boosters.
- Network cabling, PoE switches, routers, and basic networking setup.
- Camera configuration, remote viewing setup, and mobile app integration.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues at customer sites.
- Performing preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
- Coordinating with customers and providing technical support.
- Required SkillsMinimum 1 year of experience in CCTV and security system installation.
- Knowledge of IP Cameras, AHD Cameras, WiFi Cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
- Basic networking knowledge including LAN, Router, Switch, PoE Switch, and IP Addressing.
- Knowledge of Biometric Attendance and Access Control Systems.
- Basic computer knowledge (Windows, Software Installation, Remote Support, ).
- Ability to use testing tools and troubleshoot hardware issues.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
