Office Locations: Goregaon East / Royal Palms, Aarey Milk Colony, Mumbai and Andheri, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days a week
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month depending on experience + incentives

We are looking for 5 responsible and experienced Client Communication Executives who can handle calls, WhatsApp communication, emails, lead follow-ups and appointment scheduling for our sales and business development teams.
Role Overview
This is a client communication and appointment-setting role. The selected candidates will speak with potential customers, explain our services, answer basic queries, follow up professionally and schedule meetings or calls for the sales team.
The role will involve communication with production houses, stylists, designers, wedding planners, furniture clients, business storage clients, residential storage clients, sellers, vendors and corporate clients.
This is not a random calling job. We need responsible people who can communicate politely, follow up properly and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
Receive and respond to incoming enquiries over phone, WhatsApp and email.
Explain basic services of Vault.Rent, CostumePeti, Vault.Fashion, Vault.Wedding, Vault.Furniture, SpaceBazaar and WMS services.
Schedule appointments, meetings, video calls and site visits for the sales team.
Follow up with leads regularly and professionally.
Maintain lead status, follow-up notes and appointment details in Excel, Google Sheets or CRM.
Send brochures, rate cards, company profiles and basic information to clients.
Coordinate with sales executives, operations team, warehouse team and management.
Handle WhatsApp conversations politely and quickly.
Remind clients about scheduled appointments and follow-ups.
Escalate serious enquiries to the right sales person or manager.
Ensure no lead is missed or ignored.

Must Have
1–5 years of experience in telecalling, client communication, appointment setting, customer support, sales coordination or business development support.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp and email professionally.
Good follow-up discipline.
Ability to maintain records properly.
Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
Polite, confident and professional speaking style.
Must be responsible and punctual.
Comfortable with hybrid working: 3 days office and 3 days work from home or Andheri office.

Work Schedule
The role is hybrid.
The selected candidates will work 3 days from office and 3 days either from home or from our Andheri/Goregaon office, depending on company requirements.
Office work may be from Goregaon East / Royal Palms or Andheri.
Candidates must have a quiet place to work from home on remote working days, along with a good phone, internet connection and laptop/desktop access.
