Sales Team Leader

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Team Leader to lead and support our B2B sales operations. Fresh postgraduates with strong leadership potential and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. The role involves managing distributor relationships, driving enterprise sales, mentoring the sales team, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and enterprise customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales negotiations.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure achievement of revenue and business growth objectives.

• Age: 25–37 Years
• Gender: Both Male & Female
• Education: Post Graduate
• Preferred Course: MBA
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• English: Intermediate English
