Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate and supervise lithium-ion battery manufacturing processes.
  • Assemble battery cells, modules, and battery packs.
  • Monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards during manufacturing.
  • Perform battery testing and inspection before dispatch.
  • Identify and troubleshoot production-related issues.
  • Maintain production records and manufacturing documentation.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of lithium battery materials.

 Qualification

  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • Technician: 2–5 Years in Lithium Battery Manufacturing.
  • Manager: 6–10+ Years in Lithium Battery Manufacturing or EV Battery Pack Assembly.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Lithium-ion Battery Manufacturing.
  • Battery Pack Assembly and Cell Handling.
  • Battery Testing and Validation.
