About the Role:

We are seeking a responsible and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic English communication skills, a friendly attitude, and familiarity with Canva for simple designs. This role involves assisting seniors with day-to-day office tasks — there are no sales targets, just supportive and coordination-based responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior team members with daily operational tasks
• Prepare basic documents, presentations, and creatives using Canva
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and basic office correspondence
• Maintain organized files and records
• Help with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Support administrative activities including data entry and follow-ups
• Provide general office support as needed

Requirements:

• Basic English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Comfort with Canva and basic computer applications (MS Office/Google Workspace)
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage tasks with responsibility and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Prior experience in an office environment (not mandatory)
