Job Description


1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment process.

2. Employee Onboarding & InductionComplete joining formalities and documentation.

3. HR OperationsMaintain employee records and personnel files.

4. Performance ManagementImplement probation review system.

5. Employee Relations & DisciplineAddress employee grievances and workplace concerns.

6. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

7. AdministrationOversee office administration and facility management.

8. Organizational DevelopmentDevelop HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.


Experience in implementing controls and systems in SME organizations
