Job Title: Marketing Executive (Eldercare)

Location: Field-Based (Local Travel Required)

Role Overview

We are seeking an empathetic, driven *Field Marketing & Outreach Executive* to build trust-based networks within the community. In this role, you will be the face of our old age care management company, connecting directly with healthcare professionals and senior communities to drive enrollment and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Medical Networking
• Visit and build relationships with doctors
• hospital discharge planners
• clinics to establish a steady pipeline of client referrals.
• Community Engagement: Partner with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs)
• Senior citizen clubs, and local communities to host awareness events and health camps.
• Educational Workshops: Organize workshops (e.g., fall prevention, dementia awareness) to educate families on our eldercare management services.
• Local Visibility: Place marketing materials strategically in high-footfall areas like pharmacies, diagnostic labs, and community centers.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 2+ years in healthcare marketing, pharma sales, or senior living relations.

Skills: Strong face-to-face communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.

Traits: Highly empathetic, patient, and deeply respectful of senior citizens and their families.

Mobility: Must be comfortable with regular local field travel.
