Job Description
Job Title:- Purchase Executive
Job Profile:- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in purchase and import coordination, Import coordination with Suppliers and the ability to communicate effectively with overseas suppliers and ensure smooth procurement operations.
Job Location:- GT Karnal Road, Azadpur
Job Timings:- 9:30 to 6pm
Responsibilities;-
Coordinate with international suppliers regarding purchase orders and shipments.
Follow up on import orders to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Maintain regular communication with suppliers for order status, documentation, and shipment schedules.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal departments for smooth import processes.
Prepare and maintain purchase-related records and documentation.
Monitor purchase timelines and resolve supply-related issues.
Assist in vendor management and supplier relationship development.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and import procedures.
