URGENT OPENING – Social Media Executive & Graphic Designer
Amarea Creative Agency
is looking for a creative, dynamic, and driven Social Media Executive & Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of social media marketing along with excellent visual design skills to create impactful digital content across multiple platforms.
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in social media management and graphic design, preferably in an agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals, audience, and brand identity.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor, engage, and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and communication across all digital channels.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design high-quality creatives for social media posts, stories, reels, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns.
- Create static posts, carousels, motion graphics, and basic video edits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to transform marketing objectives into compelling visual content.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
Copywriting & Content Development
- Write engaging captions, ad copy, campaign messaging, and social media content.
- Research trends and develop content ideas that improve engagement and brand visibility.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics across social platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks.
Paid Campaign Management
- Assist in planning and managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and optimization opportunities.
Trend Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, design trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
- Proactively suggest innovative ideas, content formats, and campaign concepts.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management and graphic design.
- Portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, creative designs, and content execution.
Design Skills
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create both aesthetically appealing and performance-driven creatives.
Writing Skills
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and industries.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret social media insights and translate data into actionable recommendations.

- Adobe Photoshop

- Meta Business Suite
- Hootsuite / Buffer / Later
- CapCut / InShot / VN
- ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI productivity tools

- Motion graphics and video editing.
- Influencer marketing experience.
- Basic knowledge of website content management and SEO.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Graphic Design, Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, Advertising, or related fields).
