Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Admin Manager who can independently manage all administrative operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong documentation, coordination, and organizational skills, with hands-on experience in preparing agreements, proposals, official documents, and managing day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and maintain client agreements, contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and other legal documents.

Draft professional business proposals, quotations, presentations, and official correspondence.

Oversee complete administrative operations and ensure smooth office management.

Manage office infrastructure, assets, vendors, and procurement activities.

Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, and other departments for seamless operations.

Maintain company records, licenses, policies, and compliance-related documents.

Handle travel arrangements, meetings, calendars, and event coordination.

Monitor office expenses and maintain administrative budgets.

Develop and implement administrative policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Ensure confidentiality of company documents and sensitive information.

Supervise and guide the admin support team.

Resolve operational issues efficiently and improve administrative processes.

Required Skills

Excellent knowledge of agreement drafting and contract documentation.

Experience in creating business proposals and official documents.

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).

Excellent drafting and documentation skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and document management tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration or Office Management.
