Job Description
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, switches, lights, and panels.
Troubleshoot electrical faults, short circuits, and power failures.
Maintain DB panels, MCBs, motors, pumps, and generators.
Carry out preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
Attend breakdowns and emergency electrical complaints.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and PPE requirements.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
Experience in building/property maintenance.
Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Industry: Real Estate / Facility Management / Commercial & Residential Properties
