Marketing Executive

e are looking for a creative and driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, building relationships with creators, and ensuring successful campaign delivery across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers based on campaign objectives.
• Reach out to influencers, negotiate commercial terms, and manage collaborations.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely content creation and approvals.
• Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with key insights.
• Manage campaign budgets, invoices, contracts, and deliverables.
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
• Stay updated on social media trends and identify new creator opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align influencer campaigns with brand goals.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food & beverage, hospitality, or FMCG brands.
• Existing network of influencers and talent agencies is a plus.
