Job SummaryAdishwar RMC is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive/Sales Engineer to drive Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) sales across Ahmedabad and nearby regions. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities from builders, contractors, developers, infrastructure companies, consultants, and government projects.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales volume and revenue targets.
- Visit construction sites regularly to identify upcoming RMC requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with plant, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth execution of customer orders.
- Monitor customer payments and ensure timely collections.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and CRM records.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in RMC, cement, construction materials, or B2B industrial sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of concrete grades, construction practices, and project requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license preferred.
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of the Ahmedabad construction market.
- Strong network with builders, contractors, architects, and consultants.
- Target-driven attitude with excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
