Pantry Boy – Job Description

Position: Pantry Boy

Job Summary:

The Pantry Boy is responsible for managing pantry operations, preparing and serving beverages,

maintaining pantry cleanliness, and supporting office hospitality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area.

 Ensure adequate stock of pantry supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and disposable items.

 Wash and organize cups, glasses, and pantry utensils.

 Assist during meetings by serving refreshments and arranging conference rooms.

 Monitor pantry inventory and inform management about replenishment needs.

 Support housekeeping activities when required.

 Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

 Minimum high school education preferred.

 Experience in pantry or office support services is an advantage.

 Basic knowledge of hygiene and food handling practices.

 Good communication and service-oriented attitude.

 Punctual, courteous, and well-presented.
