The role includes handling MPCB compliance, electricity-related safety coordination, factory license activities, customer audits, safety inspections, emergency preparedness, and overall EHS management across plant and office premises.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of Factory Act, Fire Safety, EHS standards, and statutory compliance
- Experience in handling MPCB and factory license activities
- Understanding of electrical safety practices and compliance requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Knowledge of customer audit handling and CAPA closure
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email communication)
- Risk assessment and incident investigation skills
- Experience in conducting safety training and awareness programs
