Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying residential and commercial properties, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through various channels, including referrals, digital marketing, cold calling, and networking.
  • Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial projects.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective customers.
  • Present project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and internal departments to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on Pune's real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in promotional events, property exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales role.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Pune.
  • Preferred SkillsStrong sales and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Pune's residential and commercial real estate market.
