Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Banking Process (Female Only)

Location: Kodambakkam, Chennai

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Eligibility:

  • Female candidates only
  • 12th Pass / Any Degree
  • Freshers & Experienced can apply
  • Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
  • Basic computer knowledge

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking products (Loans, Credit Cards, etc.)
  • Explain product features and benefits
  • Generate leads and schedule follow-ups
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
  • Handle customer queries professionally

Working Hours:

  • 10.00 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Monday to Saturday
