Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in digital advertising and e-commerce to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

·        Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI, ROAS, and CPA.

·        Manage and update the Shopify website, including products, banners, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.

·        Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

·        Create ad creatives, banners, and social media content using AI design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly).

·        Manage the company's Instagram account, including content planning, posting, and engagement.

·        Track website and campaign performance using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.

·        Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve conversions and maximize marketing efficiency.*

Candidate Profile & Requirements

·     2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.

·     Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, and GA4.

·     Experience with AI-powered creative tools and social media management.

·     Analytical mindset with excellent reporting and optimization skills.

·     Experience in D2C or e-commerce brands is preferred.
