Job Description
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Executive for our jewelry business. The candidate must have complete hands-on experience managing online marketplaces including:
- Amazon
- Alibaba
- Etsy
- eBay
Responsibilities:
- Product listing creation and optimization
- Uploading products with SEO-friendly titles and descriptions
- Managing inventory and stock updates
- Order processing and shipment coordination
- Marketplace account management
- Customer inquiry and message handling
- Running promotions and advertising campaigns
- Monitoring sales performance and reports
- Handling returns, disputes, and account health
- Experience in jewelry/diamond products preferred
Requirements:
- Complete knowledge of Amazon, Alibaba, Etsy, and eBay
- Experience in product listing and marketplace management
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with Shopify is an advantage
