Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and newly onboarded drivers.
  • Guide drivers through the onboarding and activation process.
  • Follow up with drivers to ensure completion of their first trip and 50-trip milestone.
  • Explain Uber's earning opportunities, incentives, and platform benefits.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activation and conversion targets.
