Job Description: Sales Executive – Spare Parts, Batteries & Auto Components
Position:- Sales Executive
Department:- Sales & Marketing
Location:- As Assigned
Job Summary:-
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell automotive spare parts, batteries, and auto components. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with dealers, retailers, workshops, and fleet operators, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate sales of automotive spare parts, batteries, and auto components within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, sub-dealers, retailers, mechanics, garages, and fleet customers.
- Identify and acquire new customers to expand market reach.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues from customers.
- Promote new products and company schemes to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the service and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:-
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Diploma or certification in Automobile Engineering will be an added advantage.
Experience:-
- 1–5 years of experience in automotive spare parts, batteries, lubricants, tyres, or auto component sales.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
Required Skills:-
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of automotive spare parts and battery products.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Good market analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
