🚀 We're Hiring: Team Leader – Personal Loan & Overdraft
📍 Location: Sector 2, Noida (Work From Office)
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹42,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
💼 Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Personal Loan & Overdraft)
Immediate Joiners Prefered
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
- Drive sales of Personal Loan and Overdraft products.
- Ensure the team achieves daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and improve team productivity.
- Handle customer and team escalations effectively.
- Maintain MIS reports and ensure process compliance.
- Train, motivate, and guide team members to maximize conversions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the Personal Loan & Overdraft domain.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving team sales targets.
- Good understanding of loan products, sales strategies, and customer handling.
