Job Description

Act as the primary point of contact for customers.

Manage post-sales customer engagement and relationship building.

Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations effectively.

Coordinate with Design, Execution, Accounts, and Project teams for timely updates.

Maintain customer records and interactions in the CRM system.

Schedule meetings, site visits, and project review discussions.

Track customer satisfaction and ensure high service standards.

Prepare reports on customer feedback, complaints, and resolution status.

Support project handover and documentation processes.
