Staff Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care: Assess, plan, and implement direct nursing care for patients based on their medical conditions.
• Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications, injections, and intravenous (IV) fluids accurately, monitoring for any side effects.
• Monitoring & Recording: Check and record vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.) and maintain detailed, accurate patient medical records.
• Doctor Assistance: Assist doctors during rounds, examinations, surgeries, and other medical procedures.
• Emergency Response: Provide immediate and effective nursing care during medical emergencies or critical situations.
• Patient Advocacy & Education: Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, post-discharge care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Hygiene & Safety: Ensure a clean, safe, and sterilized environment in patient rooms and wards, strictly adhering to infection control protocols.
• Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: B.Sc in Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) / Diploma in Nursing.
• Certification: Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
• Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, empathy, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.
