Area Sales Manager

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors within the assigned territory.

* Expand retail outlets, wholesalers, supermarkets, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) network.

* Increase market penetration and ensure product availability across the assigned region.

* Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, secondary sales, and collections.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

* Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.

* Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and consumer trends.

* Ensure timely execution of sales schemes, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.

* Lead, guide, and monitor Sales Officers/Sales Representatives (if applicable).

* Achieve collection targets and maintain healthy distributor operations.
